This location is a mess. I go there because it is a convenient place for me to work and meet friends, but the communication both between staff and between staff and customers is lacking. The person I was meeting waited 25 minutes for her drink to be made and after 30 minutes I had to go ask about my simple coffee which they had completely forgotten to pour. It has been a downward trend at this shop.

This location is dirty.Trash all over the place, dirty floor and tables. Not cozy what so ever. The service was very slow. The drink was mediocre.

Cinnamon Latte was ordered because they were out of the Cinnamon vanilla again. It was ok
