Starbucks

Walked in today with my partner was greeted by an employee leaning with her head in her hands on the counter top when asking for drinks zero enthusiasm and very unhelpful when trying to make a drinks order ( which is an order i regularly have) very unhappy with the level of customer service and the cleanliness of the toilet facilities which where appalling to say the least !! Got to have been one of or if not the worst star bucks we have been to !

Some of the miserable baristas make the most disgustingly milky latte I’ve ever had. I couldn’t even taste the coffee.

Youg Indija Laidy smile was so warm. She asked wich cofee į want, she was looking at me and smiling likę star Sun. Thx.

Popped in for a coffee 2 min before they were closing today after 3 weeks in Africa I was desperate for my iced latte. Got served by Yuriy lovely young gentleman who was so kind and nice and as someone who also has worked in hospitality I can tell you it takes an extra great employee to be so kind to the last person you serve for the day! Would give him more than 5 stars if I could! You should promote him to store manager as he clearly is all about customer satisfaction!

Nice and relaxing place to watch the world go by
