Starbucks

I wanted to order Starbucks by using DoorDash but messed up, I called over 20 times to cancel the order and not a single response.

Quise ordenar Starbucks usando la aplicación de DoorDash, me equivoque y trate de llamar para cancelar mi orden por mas de 30 veces. Este lugar tiene un pesimo servicio y deberia ser removido de Montgomery Mall.

Friendly staff, but horrible tasting coffee. Worst caramel machiato I've ever had. It tastes like watered down latte. I'm throwing it away.

The employees were really nice but I found a dead little bug inside on the lid.

The male employee was extremely rude and disrespectful, and I will be following up with the Starbuck supervisor on the poor behavior and treated very poorly with the raising of their voices and refusal of service. I'm so saddened that Starbucks allows their employees to be this disrespectful and not be in check.

Very loud music!!! Bad service !
