I am a coffee lover and i have 3 to 4 espresso a day ☝ . I come into this area for business and was time for my espresso so I ask myself let me try this location!!!Such a mistake. The attitude of the lady working there was terrible. She make me pay twice for a simple espresso just because I tried to pay with Apple Pay.On my account show me I paid the coffee and she said no you have to pay with credit card so I pay again. When I show her , I paid the coffee she said call customer service and not even looking me in the eyes . Never come again here. Sorry but coffee have to be pleasure and enjoyment and not just bad experience and people work there give you attitude!
Out of Cold Brew which was fine, I understand that happens but the black girl with red braids was rude and acted like we were an inconvenience to her for having to do her job and make our drinks.
This has to be the worse Starbucks location, not only because it is a bit hidden but once you find it you come across the rude, attitude filled staff that doesn't care to be polite or at least nice. You can tell they hate being at work to begin with, much less putting in any effort to be nice or polite. Obviously no one expects to be impressed by the quality of service but they don't even try. Drinks are hit or miss as ordered and usually just lammed on the counter to remind you how inconvenient you are for stopping by to buy coffee. Honestly Starbucks needs to do a cleanse of the staffing at this location. Parking: Parking is free up to a set time of 2 hours and then must pay after on G1.
I’ve been going to this Starbucks since August when I moved to this area. I haven’t had any issues, but their cold brew machine has been broken for about 3 weeks now and I feel like Starbucks should be able to fix the problem much quicker than this. Half their drinks on the menu are cold brew drinks. I continue to go in the morning though because Takeisha is so kind and helpful!!
The lady was rude and disrespectful, her attitude was unacceptable, This location customer service was poor
The nitro cold brew has been broken since this place opened. Not sure what the problem is but they need to repair it already...
Customer service needs improvement, it’s always someone new and some how all of them just have an attitude, rolling eyes and just not caring, not worth spend the time nor money in here. Today my barista was the worst keep cutting me off. Won’t be coming back!
Worst customer service EVER!!! I came in and when barista looked at me she literally sighed and rolled her eyes. I was standing in front of the register for good 5 min because she was too busy being on her phone.
I showed up at 6:25 PM and the whole Starbucks was torn down. A broom was on the ground, the milk was all out (which is questionable), and no one was there. I did food shopping for 10 minutes and then came back around 6:40 pm and still nobody was there. If you say you’re open till 7pm, be there until 7pm…
