I love Starbucks, visit mostly all location often. It’s actually my boost and reward for keeping up as a mother. All beverages are excellent and my favorite is the Carmel brûlée and espresso. It’s changes from time to time and I’m truly blessed to have sb in my proximity. Truly blessed and Thankyou Starbucks. For the excellent choice’s, tidy atmosphere, and hard working team altogether. I’m truly grateful and honored to be a Starbucks member forever.
Second person in front of me in the drive-through ordered nine drinks. Therefore, I waited 30 minutes and drive-through for my single order. The vehicle in front of me between the customer ordering nine drinks and myself received their drink free. I heard the gentleman said thank you for your patience. This is on me. I did not get that same service. Furthermore, after tasting my drink, I had to go back into the store and ask them to remake it. They did not make it correctly. This store very rarely gets my order correct. And I understand that sometimes it’s hard to read the label when they get wet. It’s just frustrating that I have to suffer the consequences. I feel I was also waiting in that line I should’ve had my drink for free as well.

Este era mi favorite Starbucks. La manager de este lugar se siente como la dueña de ahi. Solo preguntaba x un remake , ell dijo q no me lo pueden dar pk no llame. Claro que llamé nunca contestaron. Le ensene mi teléfono para k mire las llamadas k hice ese dia. Y ella solo se burlo de mi y me cobro. Aparte de que se estaba secreteando con otras k se creen dueñas del Starbucks solo porq trabajan ahi.. ... cambien de duenas x favor no...!!
