manager is forcing baristas to use expired product. very disappointing. DO NOT GET MOCHA FROM HERE. IT IS MOST LIKELY BAD.
I never had Starbucks coffee. I stopped and I had my daughter who loves acai strawberry . Theirs young lady name Sky, she made me Carmel crunch.. fell in love with it.. Sky n I had conversation about different types of drinks. My daughter loves everything that Sky makes for her. I've been ✋stopping in almost everyday on my way to work (CDTA) .( I picked one up for co worker he loved it wanted me bring him more) . I used to stop DD can't compare.. sorry!! Thank you SKY!!!!! ♥️
Met with the new manager today, he was super polite and kind. Store was spotless and put my order in for the Italian roast.(That isn’t anywhere else to my knowledge. Will only go here to get my Starbucks.
Poor management, reusing old product is not a standard in any company but the manager here seems to think it is.
As a former Starbucks barista myself who worked in an actual corporate Starbucks, I was horrified to see the items given to customers for consumption, being reused past their expiry date. The management is clueless to what standards are and forces their baristas to not follow standard as well when the baristas are trying their best to follow the right standards of the company. When working in the food service industry, you have to be mindful about what you’re giving to customers especially because it is being consumed. There are standards put in place for the health and safety of the customers and when those standards are not being followed, it’s time for the district managers to become aware of that and actually go through the standards with the whole store before a customer does, and that doesn’t look good on anyone in the store. Please get your management into shape, and don’t feed expired product to customers anymore.
