February 15th I decided to pick me and my Speical Needs client breakfast for both of us one morning. Did the drive threw and when I was going to make my payment. I found it very rude how your employee tells me to take the card reader AND swipe my own card on the machine. What happened to customer service? Train employees so your customers don't leave with the notion of NEVER coming back. Thank You.
I drove over to this Starbucks because Google maps said there was a drive-thru. When I got where Google sent me, I didn't see any sign of starbucks. I even doubled back to make sure. Looks to be inside a college of St Rose student facility (which just went out of business). So no drive-thru and no coffee for me.
