Star Alliance Lounge

The outside terrace area is the highlight of the lounge for me, and I was surprised to see not that many people were using it on a day with perfect weather. The outside area has such comfortable seats with views of the aircraft taxi-ing in and out of the gates. When it got a little chilly, the staff were kind enough to put the fire heaters on. Food service was good for vegetarians and I appreciate that, and drink selection has a good variety with self service and a manned bar. I appreciate having both of those services available. Showers were amazing and the shower attendant friendly. Only negative was that the lady at the front seems to know nothing about the lounge and gave the incorrect information to me about its features.
