Whether locally sourced or imported directly from Italy on a monthly container shipment - quality is at the forefront of our mission. We use the 100% wood fired oven as the heart of our kitchen - where each dish in some capacity touches the oven in the prepping or execution phases. As simple as the roasted nuts in the salad to the house made bread made to order for all our handhelds. We marry the cuisine with our renowned craft bar. Our mixologists have the same meticulous concern for the bar as we do the kitchen. We have grown to 400 seats and can accommodate any party size or occasion.
