Keep on driving by this place . The rib tips are bones with fat , ittle meat with lot of sauce ,potatoe salad you can tell is old, corn bread over dry..

Very disrespectful

Stopped by for lunch; called ahead to order and he said it would be 20 minutes as the chicken is cooked fresh and it was indeed. I had the chicken/fish combo plate with 2 sides. It came out to $24.24 after tax. Does not come with a drink. It was really good and portion is large enough for 2 or to save the rest for later! I would come again but skip the Mac next time.

The food here is so delicious. The prices are a tad high but you get plenty of food. The only reason I am giving it 3 stars is because tje food is good. I saw something disturbing on 4/9. I happen to be visiting someone that lives next to the restaurant. When looking out of the kitchen window, I could see the back lot of the restaurant, and yesterday I witnessed one of the cooks and his friend that drives a red car, smoke from a crack pipe. They kept looking to make sure the other employee didn't see them and even ducked down as he was hitting the pipe. Now they could have been using it for weed but the smoke and smell of it smelled like crack. After a few hits, the employee hugged his friend, wiped his nose with his hand and walked back into the restaurant. Hopefully he washed his hands. This is really unfortunate all around. I mean people can do what they want but when they are working, they have a responsibility to the owner and the customers. I will say though, the food is amazing here.

Anytime you are looking for some southern food yes the catfish is amazing and if you've never had catfish please let this be the first place you try.

The food was amazing and was certainly soul food! Gizzards were nice and tender, the peach cobbler tasted just like home! Service was great and James was great! Highly Recommended!!

I ordered 2 3pc catfish dinners with 2 orders of green beans and white potatoes black eyed peas and yams. All the sides tasted like they were out of the can no potatoes in the green beans they didn’t have the black eyed peas either. The fish and Hawaiian roll was the only thing good $41 to be dissatisfied but never again.
