Our story begins in 2016, when our founders, driven by their passion in the food industry, decided to launch the Kennewick's Stacks Mobile Bistro – the very first location where our now famous Bomb Tacos was born. In 2020, we expanded our reach by establishing Taqueria Stacks Bistro, furthering our reputation for fast service, and irresistible tacos that are a cut above the rest. Our dedication to excellence continued with the opening of the Pasco's Stacks Mobile Bistro in 2023, taking our mouthwatering tacos to even more hungry fans. At the heart of our success is our family-owned and operated business, powered by a team with over 40 years of combined experience in the in the Mexican food industry.
