The Strawberry cupcake was super sweet & soft. Would recommend 8/10!
Dear Sprinkles Customer Service, I am writing this letter to express my frustration and disappointment regarding an incident that occurred at one of your store locations. I visited your store at the Americana today, and while I was waiting in line to order my favorite cupcake, an employee abruptly left the store to go policing around the area to tell people not to smoke. I understand the importance of promoting healthy habits, but I found the behavior of this employee to be highly unprofessional and disruptive. As a paying customer, I expect to receive prompt and courteous service from your employees, and this particular incident left me feeling neglected and ignored. Furthermore, I believe that it is not the responsibility of a Sprinkles employee to enforce smoking bans in public places. That is the responsibility of law enforcement officials and city officials who have the authority and training to enforce these laws in a respectful and appropriate manner. I hope that you will take this complaint seriously and take appropriate action to ensure that your employees are properly trained and equipped to handle situations like this in the future. I also hope that you will take steps to address the concerns of your customers and ensure that they receive the high-quality service that they expect and deserve.
Today it was the first time I tried cupcakes from here, and was surprised when i saw sugar free cupcake in the menu, finally I found a place that I can have choice , it was fresh and really yummy. I loved it.
Good cupcakes. Not too sweet. But a little bit pricey.
I would give five stars but the new kiosk ordering system is WACK. I always feel rushed to order when there’s a line behind me, it asks for tips but I literally did their job?? Please get rid of it and I’ll change to five stars cuz I love the cupcakes.
