I've always been hesitant to leave negative reviews. As someone who works in the service industry, I know how negative feedback travels easier than positive feedback. With that being said, I've sat on this one for a while now, and with reading some of the other negative reviews, I think I should share my experience as well. I placed an order for pick-up, and when I came into the restaurant, I was taken back by how dingy and dimly lit the restaurant was, there was a young man, maybe 20 years old, who just stood there at the counter and didn't say hello. I'm always quite cordial, and so I initiated the hello. I then threw a bone and said: "How's it going?" He just shrugged his shoulders and looked at me. I very nearly just walked out. I'd never had anyone so rude. It made me feel like I was being a hassle for giving them my business. So, as a last chance - and putting him on the spot, I responded to my earlier question with: "..good?" Finally, he grumbled something about work being slow. When he brought the food out, I asked if he had a bag, and he audibly sighed and went into the back. As a chef, a foodie, and a lover of all food, especially Chinese food, this food was nothing what I was hoping for. As much as I hate wasting food, this $60 purchase only amounted to only one plate, and sadly, the rest went to the garbage. Would not order again, and as much as I know how hard it is for restaurants to succeed, I would not be upset to see this one go.
