Everything was excellent.
Great spot with some really great dishes. Grab a spot close the open kitchen. In always enjoy watching the staff cook and work the pass. Every dish I has was great and unique in its own way. The scallop crudo was a dish I’ve never had the scallops where sweet, and shaved flavored ice on top was so much more than a typical crudo dish. The halibut was great. Som many flavors and textures, but still being true to the fish. Dessert was a total nom nom.
More than a meal, it was a culinary experience-made better with exceptional service, flavor pairing, & detailed menu descriptions.
Having been to many of the local spots, I can honestly say that this is one of the best restaurants in the Twin Cities.
Spoon and Stable is always a great experience. The staff is so friendly and accommodating, the drinks are phenomenal. The honey and cream cake is the best dessert I've ever had in my life.
Had the leg of lamb and it was delicious. Their bourbon sour was also fantastic, but if you are there in the spring, the Strawberry and Sorrel Mille Fueille was one of the best desserts I have ever had.
