Spoon & Fork delivers Japanese and Thai cuisine. Their diverse menu caters to many palates. During my visit, I indulged in sushi and sashimi, which were undeniably tasty. However, there were a few hiccups; the order sequence was off at times, and we never received the seaweed salad we ordered. Despite these lapses, the prices were fair, and the staff remained courteous throughout. With room for improvement in service consistency, I still recommend Spoon and Fork if you are in the mood for Japanese or Thai food.
Food very nice and fresh. The food also came relatively quickly. We had all you can eat and I do think its worth it to some extent. We went out for dinner with 4 adults and 1 child and had a coupon saying pay 3 adult prices get 1 free. They say that they have to remove the lowest price. Its a "rule" that they have. After looking through the coupon it does not say that anywhere and after this occasion we are probably not coming here again.
Regularly attend here for family birthday celebrations or for take-out.
Absolutely negligent staff working here- Fiona was the lady who cashed me out. I called in my order and i was told it would be 10 mins. Went in to pay and i was told it would be another few mins so i stood there to wait. After 10 minutes i asked if it was ready yet and saw about 7 orders sitting there on their shelf and asked if the small bag was my order as I only ordered one item and i was told no it’s not ready yet. After waiting there for half an hour despite ordering ahead of time, i asked for a status on my order and it turns out it was the bag sitting the the whole time. Absolutely no apology on their part which was the worst part of it all. Went home with cold food. Absolutely disgusting service- would never recommend coming here after this dissatisfaction.
Awful experience unfortunately and will not be coming back. Placed a takeout order and they said it’d be ready in 30 min. We ended up waiting inside the restaurant for an hour while they kept saying it was “almost ready.”
