Horrible slow service

Amazing coffee shop! The ambiance is cozy, with a delightful aroma that immediately welcomes you. The variety of coffee blends is outstanding—each cup brewed to perfection. The baristas are friendly and attentive, always ensuring a wonderful coffee experience. While some might mention occasional delays during peak hours, it's a testament to their popularity. Personally, I find the wait worth it for the quality they consistently deliver. Overall, a must-visit for any coffee enthusiast!

Worst customer service experience I've ever had. I'd walk miles in 105° Arizona heat before ordering coffee from them again.

Our first time in Sedona…my husband picked here to get 2 coffees. He asked the man to not fill large cups too full, when he picked them up the lids were loose and they were Full, and my hubby spilled coffee on his new-ish shoes & on his New sweatshirt that was the only warm thing he had…he forgot his coat at home. Well, he got a chuckle & a rag to wipe off. Poor way to address a (new), customer D- Coffee B+ Peace out
