Spice Wing Dawsonville

I recently dined at the restaurant and left me empressed. I ordered chicken tenders and crispy fries, and I must say, I was delighted. The food was amazing, and the customer services was top-notch, the staff was friendly and attentive. The ambient was great too. Highly recommend giving this place a try at least once.

We ordered a 30 count of wings. They were hard and overcooked. We called them to let them know the wind were unsatisfactory. The call got disconnected or either they hung up because when we tried calling back they would not pick up the phone. When we finally got them back on the phone again after calling from a different number mind you, We were told they would make it good. I took that to mean the would redo the order. So I took the food back minus the few I had put on my kids plate bc they had played over them. So I felt that I shouldn't have to bring back the ones they had slobber all over. One because with covid and everything else I didn't think they would want them. Upon coming in I informed them I was the one who called gave them the bags celery included. The guy proceeds to say I cannot replace the whole order I asked why and reminded that he did not say that on the phone he said because out of the 30 ordered it was missing 10. I said yes bc i had ordered them for my kids (3) and they had played over them. I said do I need to go home and grab them bc they were actually still on their plates half bitten. He said yes. I said fine. I go home and put all 3 plates in a bag and brought them back. I have been a customer of spicewing Dawsonville since they opened. They have gone through several owners, but I have never experienced this type of bad service from them. Today was the very last day they will get a dime from me.

Oh my god, the best food I have ever tasted. I don't understand how people rate the place less than 5 stars. The place is super nice, my wife and I ordered wings and burgers, the best I have ever tasted. The guy who cooks is super friendly and cooked the best wings I have ever tasted, I hope to see him again. They should raise that guy's salary, because he really knows how to cook. I would like to take him home to cook those wings again hahahaha. Best regards

First time there today! Staff are super cool and accommodating! Food was pretty good too! Boneless wings are bigger than I was expecting and the garlic fries hit the spot!

Tried going about 10 times..... closed and locked doors but clearly open and we'll before closing hr. Also saw one of the employees unlock the door just to physically throw a maybe 8yo little girl out then lock the door again behind her ....... food was amazing the 1 time I got in but F this place and there unprofessional bullcrap. WnB by kroger is popping though
