Speakeasy Novato | The Board Room Restaurant

Hella good

My Dad came down from Cloverdale on the SMART train and we had lunch at the Board Room restaurant in Ignacio. This was our first time there and we were very impressed. We arrived at 1:45. There were about 5 or 6 patrons at the bar and a table of 3 or 4 in the main dining room. The waitress was covering the bar and the dining room. A very pleasant woman who visited us often. The food was wonderful. My Dad and I split the Caesar salad. I had the fish and chips and my Dad had a club sandwich with fries. We could not have asked for a better lunch. I highly recommend.

Great happy hour, friendly servers and local crowd with tasty food. Fun speakeasy vibe - you enter the bar through a secret movable bookshelf!

We ate in the restaurant...The Board Room. The prices have outpaced the quality of the food. A little disappointing. The staff did their best on a night that the restaurant was overcrowded with a very large group.

Went here for happy hour. Great food, cocktails, and atmosphere for a reasonable price.
