Always amazing food and amazing service at sovereign. Menu is always changing but the food is always unique and can't remember having a bad meal. They do have a military/veteran discount which was awesome. Atmosphere is pretty cool as location used to be a trolly/train repair station of some sort. I would get reservations on a weekend and the drinks are a little pricey and seem to be on the smaller side but overall a great experience. Do wish the tables had a little more privacy as other couples can be quite close to you.

We stopped out this way for a couple beers and thought this was its own brewery..oops. Beer was pretty normal "craft" berr for a tap house. The bartender (Marcos) sold us on this place. He was so friendly and genuinely interested in having conversations with us. Helped it was slow but that dude was super friendly and nice!

I love it but please...it's 2024. Get an espresso martini on the menu
