Let me break it down for you: Main Course Portion: Generous! You won’t leave hungry, that’s for sure. Pepperjack Grits: Creamy and flavorful. A comforting choice. Homemade Lemonade: Perfection! Not too citrusy or overly sweet—just right. Owners as Servers: They made us feel like family. Warm, welcoming, and attentive. Special Requests: Handled with ease. No fuss, just great service. Where do I begin......SIMPLY DELICIOUS!!! We have been passing this place and finally stopped in! Let's just say we won't be just passing it Anymore!!! I loveeeeeee to brunch (I could do breakfast All day) but it's sometimes hard on date nights/days bcuz my Man prefers a good hefty lunch or dinner! Well SF gave us both!!! Omggggg....wait let me start from the beginning. When we walked in we were greeted by a courteous host and after being seated our waiter came over and gave us the tea about the preferred food and appetizers on the menu. He was really cool and informative! So the restaurant is so cute and quaint! Cleannnnnn.....and I love that we got our drinks on bottles (I hate having to check cloudy glasses lol) I WANTED EVERYTHING.... But we took the waiters suggestion and tried to Collard green egg rolls...PRESENTATION-TASTE-PORTIONS....IMPECCABLE!!! Our meals were the Shrimp and grits and Salmon with veggies. Even though I'm sure they cooked everything thing fresh it wasn't a long wait at all and both the host and waiter constantly checked on us! VERY GOOD SERVICE (NOBODY should mind the auto 18% gratuity) My shrimp and grits....I wanted to lick the bowl....but I just waited til I got home lol! I was so full off of 3 collard green egg rolls that I was only able to eat a little....THOSE GRITS....Mannnnn I need the secret bcu I love to eat grits daily...this place is about 15 minutes from our home so I guess I will be making random "grits run"! A plus - in my Top ranking- nice size shrimps with more than enough and DEEEEEEEELICIOUS! My Mate had the Salmon and he cleaned his plate! I taste a bite of his salmon....cooked & Seasoned PERFECTLY!!! Being a Georgia Peach I had a bottle of the sweet Peach Tea...it was almost sweet as me lol! Again I loved the factor that everything comes in a plastic bottle but of course you can get a cup of ice! 1 negative- The host was a Dallas Cowboys hater....and was in my husband's side liking the Steelers.....JK! He had a great personality (sorry I 4got both their names) oh and we appreciated the military discount and support! I may have 4got something but PLEASE TRY IT HERE...Best kept secret - ai hope they put out a banner and/or make sure they get more business in that small plaza! ....note: I swear I'm not getting paid for this review...it is hard as hell after covid for us to find a restaurant (even the ones we use to frequent b4 Covid) a 4 rating ....they earned this 5☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ Not sure if black.owned but they have a new frequent customers! 1 more thing, We didn't try the pancakes this time but ohhhhhh the next time we will...The variety- and the ppl next to us had an order and we smelled the sweet scents of them! Shawn and Honey are excellent. They are extremely professional and love what they do. Their good energy is transferred to their food! The food was excellent. I had the big breakfast and because the portions are huge I had to get a to go box. We started with the seafood beggars and collard green egg rolls…DELISH. The seafood beggars sauce is ridiculously good. I heard about the pepper jack grits and they didn’t disappoint. I’m usually a pancake guy, but that red velvet waffle….All I could say was…DAMN!

The service from Shawn and Honey was excellent. Uou could feel the pride in their food while they were explaining the menu. The food was excellent. I had the big breakfast and I had to take it home because the portions are huge. The seafood beggars and collard green egg rolls were a hit! Do get the pepper jack grits. Oh and the red velvet waffle…CHEF KISS!

This place was a great find! The owners are such nice people and the customer service and vibe of the spot is perfect!
