A little dated inside but the food is worth it

Soul Food Connection catered a 60th/88th Birthday Dinner for myself and my mom. The food and service was excellent Kid-friendliness: Family oriented atmosphere.

Food was amazing! I also got their potato salad and everything was delicious, fresh and hot! I highly recommend. I am originally from Philly, and I struggled finding an authentic soul food spot, and this place was amazing.

Small restaurant in Wilkinsburg on Wood St. Good food decent portions and nice customer service. Vegetarian options: Only some sides are vegetarian like greens yams rice etc

Wow what a gem . Stopped here today to try it . I got the fried catfish dinner . 3 big pieces of catfish and it came with bread and 2 sides i got the collards and the blackeyed peas and rice . This did not disappoint. The owner is very nice . Leave this man a tip . His food says it all he loves what he does.
