Fabulous roast ! Very tasty and plentiful!

We have quite literally just got back home, after having a lovely meal. I had the Lamb and Leek Casserole, it was so lovely, it tasted like my grandma’s lamb casserole. We have never been before, but would very much recommend to other people, a very welcoming pub, and the staff were really lovely, so thankyou.

I went here for a Sunday lunch and I was not disappointed at all. My food was very good. It only took the starters about 7 minutes to get to the table after I ordered it. It was so nice and chill inside.

Food & drinks: Excellent food and service

Although not staying, met up with friends who were and we ate together. Steak and Ale Pie was a proper pie, not a stew with a crust floating on top, nice shortcrust pastry. Nice beer too

Great food, great hospitality. We stayed one night and it was very clean, pleasant and a great atmosphere. Included breakfast was delicious and last nights tea was tasty too. Would highly recommend

We went with friends for drinks and dinner. Lovely country pub with two fireplaces, so lovely and warm. Friendly staff and a nice atmosphere. Food & drinks: The food, all three courses were delicious.
