Loved the ambiance & drinks. Was not a fan of the Pork Belly & Chicken/Waffles appetizers.

We made a reservation for Sophia's Lounge and had a confirmation text, email, and had the confirmation on Open Table. When we got there, the manager told us they stopped seating people. We told them we have a reservation and he said that they "aren't receiving notifications from Open Table for some reason." We asked if we could just be sat anyway then and he said "honestly we only have server so you probably won't get good service anyway." Honestly just sounded like they were too lazy to seat more people. Didn't even try to accommodate. Very disappointed that we wasted a long uber ride and had high hopes for this place but was met with a big disappointment. Also, if you're not receiving notifications for your reservations you should probably just shut off your restaurant on Open Table. Very unprofessional experience.
