Two nice ladies opened the shop four months ago right across the street from the John Dunn House shops. A bag of hot, greasy, fluffy sopapilla and two tiny containers of honey are $8. They're best eaten within 5 minutes while still hot, otherwise they turn chewy when cold. One bag is enough for two people. Our order took 10 minutes to cook fresh. For payment, they take cash, cards, and Venmo. They also serve savory sopaipillas and snow cones, but we didn't try those. The location is a plaza next to the street where there is metered street side parking and a shaded table.
