Don't bother coming here. The drive up parking spaces are always closed. They're the only reason anyone goes to sonic.
Terrible experience. I ordered everything on the app. Good size order for 6 people. Over 60 dollars. We were the only car in the lot. Waited 20 min for my food and once home I was missing 2 items. The burgers were cooked to death. Like eating a hocky puck. 20 min after eating my daughter was in the bathroom coming out both ends at once. Never again. Trash food. I filled out there survey about my experience and was never contacted even after they asked if I wanted to be during the survey. They used to be great when they first opened. But now stright trash.
Ordered 2 drinks, tea & limeade. It took a long time to get. When we drove off, we each took one sip & noticed a horrible taste of gasoline, oil, or solvent. We dumped them out. I called Tony, the manager & I guess he didn't understand my concern. When I told him how the drinks tasted & he may want to check it so others didn't complain or get sick; Tony was more interested in telling me that they clean the machines daily & brew tea fresh daily. He totally averted the obvious and didn't suggest a refund! If I become ill from this ingredient, Tony & Sonic will be the first to know. Zero stars if it were possible.
They ALWAYS interrupt me while I’m ordering then get it wrong. Then they act annoyed when I ask them to correct it.
If they would just slow down for half a second to listen to the customer, they’d make fewer mistakes.
