This has got to be the slowest fast-food restaurant I've ever been to. Literally waited for my food, after ordering on their app for at least 30 minutes. I ordered online to avoid waiting in the slower-than-slow drive thru, because, evidently, they are only able to take and fill one order at a time. Meaning, if there is someone ahead of you in line, they will leave you waiting at the speaker and not take your order until the person in front of you pays for and receives their food. Food is okay, but I could have went to the grocery store and made dinner at home by the time I had my food.
They made my order totally wrong I called and they told me to come back to fix my order when I came back, they gave me exactly same wrong order. When I tried to talk to them, they refused to fix my order. They didn’t even refund my money I left the store without getting my order or without getting refund of my money And never seen a customer service or management like this before
Slow service, 3 trys before order was right.
