Sonic Drive-In

My son and I thought since we had enough time, we would pull into the carhop area and order. We sat there for over 15 min waiting for service until finally my son suggested just going thru the drive thru. So I pulled out and did so. Much faster, but since we don't have one near us, we wanted the old school experience. I ordered a chicken slinger (?) And he got the jumbo chicken nugs. His looked bomb and he said they were good. Mine, sucked. Too much mayo and lesson learned. That's a do not order again and go with the nugs. They apparently don't have any sort of spicy sauce, so I got the house sauce and my son got the ranch. We ended up switching. I thought the ranch was perfect and he liked the sonic sauce. Overall, not going there again unless I'm desperate. There's way too many other choices in the same vicinity.

My grandson and I got burger combos that cost $28 - fast food will soon be a thing of the past ! '

We ordered 2corn dogs, tots, chile cheddar jalapeño poppers we're all called the cheese didn't taste melty the corn dogs were it was like eating rubber cornbread was all cold around the corn dog and the tots were also cold

Well, I loved Sonic up in Oregon so I was happy to see it at Delta Shores. But a little disappointed. The burger was ok but they had no tartar sauce for the onion rings. I also hate it when the very young person working the window has not had customer service training along with some etiquette lessons from their parents. And I know I'm getting (ok, I am) more mature but dismissive and impatient is really annoying. A smile and at least pretending you enjoy working with the public, especially when you are lol, goes a long way.
