Sonic Drive-In

I ordered one foot long chili dog. I arrived home to open and I have soggy tater tots with cheese and a tiny bit of chili. No bun, no hotdog. I asked for one foot long hotdog with chili ONLY. I’ve tried to call and no luck.

Waited over 30 mins (20 of those for someone to even acknowledge me at the drive thru speaker) for two drinks!!! And they made one wrong (cherry Dr Pepper when I asked for it dirty). To make matters worse, the lady in the blue (I’m assuming the manager cuz she was the only one in blue) was too busy SCREAMING at her employees (I could hear through the window waiting for my drinks) instead of helping her crew. Absolutely awful service.

No matter the time of day they're hustling to bring you your order. Food is hot & appetizing!

Drive thru is broke, must use stalls, placed order with 2 different people, last girl finally said we don’t have any corn dogs…… exhausting!! I pulled off and did not place an order. The rudeness of the last girl that took my order was insane.

I always come here to get at least a rt 44 coke or sweet tea for my long sit at my kiddos school's car rider line! I order in the app to get half off drinks of course, but sometimes I'll order food as well. It's always hot and great tasting! If I need anything else such as salt, pepper, ketchup, etc they accommodate quickly! The best part about my visits to Sonic is my girl Toya!! She is AH-MAZING!! She knows me by name now of course and is always so welcoming and sweet! She takes her job very seriously and always makes sure that you as the customer are getting the best service possible!

Pulled through the drive though just to be told they are only serving those who placed their order with door dash or grub hub. So I guess the ones that actually pull in the restaurant don't matter. Unbelievable
