Placed an online order. Got charged the full price for everything even though they did not give me what I wanted the most and paid for. Was missing sauces and they were rude and I drove an hour round trip here to get less than half of what I ordered. They told me to refund it in the app, which is not an option. This was the note they left me. I sat there for 20 minutes waiting for them to come back with my item and they refused to give me a replacement unless I paid another $5
Not perfect but pretty good...except for a idiot lady incessantly honking her horn for service not knowing you can press a button and not annoying everyone
Drive thru was blocked, and unable to use. Apple pay was not able to use. Onion ring was overcooked.
This is the only Sonic in the area I use. They are always friendly, the food is always prepared exactly as it should be and when using the app, the food is always ready when you arrive. Parking: Drive-in curb service
