Sonic Drive-In

The workers don't want to respond or do the job. I'm waiting in my car and no one from them will pick the call to serve you.

Ordered online parked and pressed the red waited for 10mins no response decided to go to drive thru and was told to go to the front window, got there pressed the bell,an employee came with a rude attitude telling me that I should wait and only say anything went they come with the food. Probably thinking I was a delivery driver.even if I was they should be more polite too delivery driver are there representing the customers therefore should be treated as such. Terrible customer service.

I never wanted to write a negative comment for this specific sonic place but I’m just doing that because I’m so frustrated and mad of my time being wasted for almost 40 minutes for no reason. The customer service for mobile orders is awful at this place. I’m so sorry to say that, but it’s the truth. 40 minutes of my time was wasted and finally I found out that my order has been prepared long ago!!! I hadn’t received it yet because I can’t scream like those who come to pick up orders, and I feel like they are in priority because of that.

Tasted terrible, and I got food poisoning from a few bites. STAY AWAY.
