I recently visited Sonic Drive-In and enjoyed a flavorful experience. The Mozzarella sticks were particularly delightful, offering a perfect blend of crispy coating and gooey cheese. However, the shine was dimmed slightly by a glitch in their payment system. Despite multiple attempts, my credit cards wouldn't process, requiring staff intervention for a manual transaction. Despite the hiccup, the tasty treats made the visit worthwhile.
Ordered ahead on App. Showed up to the store and no one was there. I called the number listed for “general manager” and a random person answered and told me to try back later tonight?
The service was good and the food was delicious.
My fiancé and I were trying to order and as soon as we pull up to the drive thru they said “it’s gonna be a 5-10 minute wait” and we asked to order or get the food. And they said to place the order. I’ve never heard of any drive thru that makes you wait 5-10 minutes just to place an order. I’d understand waiting 5-10 minutes to get your food but not to place a simple order.
