Service takes forever

Came here and ordered on the app, hoping it would be a quick turn around for 2 drinks ONLY. Ended up waiting 30 mins + to get 2 drinks that I ordered on their apps. I mean at this point. What's the point of their app?

Drive thru hell.

I have stopped 3 times in the last month and have been told they are out of something or the machine is broken and they can’t make shakes. This place needs new management and or owners in the worst way. We never have this issue at other Sonic ‘s Wouldn’t be surprised if they close up soon due to poor management

My breakfast sandwich had plastic in it like a glove or something. In response to what they said, I did do that but was never contacted back. Now I came here a second time and my shake tasted extremely spoiled and I was given a two piece chicken KIDS meal when I ordered a 5 piece chicken tender meal combo. I’m absolutely done with this location and will never be coming back. Same workers every time seems they don’t know how to do things right.

Order cheese burger and fries for home bound sister. Drove across street and burger was cold and fries hard and cold. We threw food away was nasty.
