Sonic Drive-In

Once again we are disappointed by this Sonic lication. We very seldom eat here anymore because everytime we order from here something is wrong with the order. This time I ordered through the app thinking maybe that would be better. However, when my daughter got home with our food we were missing items for 3 different people and left the bacon off the burger we paid extra for. When I called the store, the guy who answered the phone said they had my food, but that I was the one who forgot it there. Granted my daughter should have checked the order, but for them to put the blame on the customer when they are a restaurant who brings the food to you is just crazy.

This store has some ratchets working for it. I was gonna go there and order some food, but you can see outside some girl Twerking and dancing and then some other guy tried to come outside and start a confrontation for me driving through the drive-through. Apparently, both of them work for the store and I can honestly say I wouldn’t even go to it if I had to

The employees here are so lazy. Twice now I have been to this location and they can’t seem to blend the blasts I order. I’m not paying almost $4 for a mini cup of ice cream with the toppings laying on top. So disgusted

On line order for 2 slushes we waited over 10 minutes

Caught them on a bad night I guess, will never come back. Waited 30 minutes for our order, they brought it to the car next to us, then the car next to us told them it's not their food. They came out and took the food back, then set it inside. Waited another 20 min, then brought it out to us like they recooked it, but visibly saw the food in the counter the whole time.

Got Groovy Fries with no Groovy Sauce so they were just regular fries. Service was SLOW and they weren't even that busy. Put cherry in the wrong drink and forgot the bacon on the burger.

There food was good !! BUT RESTROOM NEEDED SERIOUS CLEANING IT WAS NASTY!!!!!!

Took 20 mins to hand my wife a bag of ice ? Dude at the window laughed at her when she was honking
