Something Sweet

Very disappointed. I drove by the store earlier today and saw the sign saying you are open Friday, Saturday and Sundays from 1-8. I just took orders from my family members and drove to your store. It was CLOSED. It was 6:30 pm. I double checked your website and it said open til 8:00 pm.

I have been to this location 5 times over the past 6 months. 3 of those 5 visits they have been closed. The schedule is on the website, and the flag is hanging outside. I don't arrive just as they are supposed to be open but wait awhile, and still nothing. I like Richardson's frozen yogurt or I would have gone somewhere else. I guess I will bring my cooler and go somewhere that wants the business. I tried again today, within the 5 minutes, more people arrived and had to go elsewhere as well. They have a bad reputation for this.

The tasty ice cream. Walk around the north shore pond. Summertime goodness.

The best and friendliest

Place is disgusting. Trash and rotten smell everywhere. Clearly not taken care of. 1star because Richardsons Ice Cream is delicious.

Always has a good selection of Richardson's ice cream. Staff is very friendly.

Great service even if there’s one employee! Almost go there every summer, great place! Dipped waffles best ones!
