Wood-fired Neapolitan style pizzeria, & bakery/cafe serving appetizers like pretzels and beer cheese or hot dates and pizzas ranging from the traditional Margherita to the not-so-traditional "dad-bod" and many in-between. We make artisan sourdough breads, french style croissants and pastries, cruffins, muffins, sandwiches, quiche, and feature an espresso/coffee bar. We cater events and weddings of all sizes and offer a variety of pizzas, pastas, grilled meats, locally farmed fresh vegetables, charcuterie boards, and many more chef created menus. In Tyler we are at the Rose City Farmers Market, The Historic Farmers Market in Longview, and The Shreveport Farmers Market.
