I love Snappys but this is the first time the food isn't good and order is wrong. I only called about my sandwich not being right and the cookie is burnt. The guy that dropped our food off, I don't think he was okay. But she did offer to give me a credit on my stuff. But my husband's sandwich was wrong too, fries not cooked all the way. Sorry Snappys but paying this much for food kinda upset. All should be replaced to be honest. I know stuff happens but a 40$ meal after a long day, we were looking forward to it

Ate here several times over the years. Food and service are always good.

Very disappointed. We ordered regular crust for both pizzas. Had the same pizza at the fort wright snappy a couple weeks ago and there was huge difference. Chicken was smaller, crust was tough, and sadly was nothing like the other snappy.

Pizza dough was very good, pizza was very good. Repeat customer, service is very good. Take out, delivery, or casual dine in.

Obviously snappy is a chain but this one is top notch. Very fresh good dough and reasonably priced.

Got the rigatoni. Very good. Ordered thin crust pizza…. Got it just the way we like it. Will definitely come again.

There is no doubt in my mind that my call to order my son's personal pizza was one of the most confusing they have ever received. I ordered it with green peppers, pepperoni and onions then in the middle of the call I wasn't sure if that was what he wanted on his pizza. After a few moments of talking to myself I told her that I would have to call back after I asked my son again. It was only a few minutes before I called back and I gave his name and said that I needed a cheese personal pizza. I was about 5 minutes away when I placed my order. I was greeted when I walked in the door and before I was done paying they were handing me my son's cheese pizza. Super friendly people. Rather refreshing compared to quite a few of the workers at restaurants these days....

The order was take out ...best hoagies we have had in a long time...the pizza was delicious. Never would of thought Snappy has stepped it up ...

Super clean place and very friendly staff!! This is my favorite place to take my kids for a quick and easy dinner!
