Smoothie King

Quality and speed seems to have gone down recently. Used to come here all the time but haven't so much lately (mostly just convenience), drive thru can take 15-20 minutes and smoothie usually isn't fully blended. Today was by far the worst with big chunks of ice taking up a lot of the bottom.

Came an hour before closing only for the front door to be locked and employees hiding in the store and not tending to the drive-thru.

So, I notice the place receives poor reviews. Queen Smoothie wanted to announce that it was her store. Congratulations, it's just Smoothie King have higher achievements. The store rep was trying to upcharge me something that I usually order during my visit. Clearly, she didn't understand the assignment. Then she went on to tell me she would reprimand anyone doing it, Dollar difference. Someone was feeling themselves. It was a simple order that is too much to type, but it definitely could have been done. What was ordered definitely didn't require a uncharge. I was gladly going to pay the difference but not an upcharge.

The worst smoothie king in town staffing sucks! Every time I try this location! Do urself a favor and go to the other locations there way better service! I’m done with this location

Literally the rudest experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. And I’ve been in customer service for 10yrs. So I get the struggle but literally so rude all the time can’t stand it

Immature and unprofessional people serving. Didn't feel welcome at all. The product was yummy enough but not yummy enough to pay what I did. We checked it out and probably won't be going back.

Google and Smoothie King app show store opening at 6:30 AM. I walked in at 6:40 (door unlocked) and was told store didn’t open until 7.

This place is always opening late which is frustrating especially when you're trying to grab breakfast on your way to work. I went today for lunch around 1:45pm and they had locked the doors and only had the drive thru open for no apparent reason.
