Smoothie King

Ordered a keto champ cold brew with peanut butter and a mango strawberry add raspberry and neither drink was correct. The mango strawberry was a pineapple mango and the keto champ was berry When I asked the cashier to fix it she had an attitude and asked for my receipt as proof of what I ordered. Nasty attitude, tried to talk and have a conversation and she smiled, no words, and closed window. Began arguing with coworker about the smoothies. Not your finest establishment.

Love their smoothies. Ive tried different ones and i haven't veen disappointed.

My mother, my grandma, my cousin, and I came to this Smoothie King because it was the only one around us at the time. Not only did we wait 30 minutes in line, but when we got there the worker didn't even know our order. After we repeated it to her and we paid she slammed the window. Then another worker came unaware of the fact that we already came until the previous worker screamed "They already paid!!" They ended up forgetting my mom's drink and my bowl is half full and messy. When my mom went back inside to get her drink, they told her that she never ordered it. I hope there are new staff because this is unacceptable.

Pay entirely too much for the skimpy amount of fruit/granola they put in these bowls only at this location for some reason service terrible
