I have a nut allergy, and when I asked the young man about whether or not nuts were in certain granolas and what nuts, he looked me in the face and simply said, “I don’t know,” and when I asked him whether or not he could find out he said he, “wasn’t sure.”
He literally pointed to a bag of granola hanging on the wall and I read the ingredients. When I asked if it was the same as the specific granola in what I ordered again I got, “I don’t know.”
This is 0/10 service and plays with the health of others. There was only one person working the front. The young man went to retrieve someone and they proceeded to argue about who needed to do what in front of the customers!
The one thing that would bring me back is if the two people working right now 9/18 1041 had some respect, customer service skills and maybe a swift attitude adjustment. The girl is rude the guy could use a compliment of coaching because there’s to much to say about how bad he was. Regardless I will not come back here again. Unfortunately really how those two can ruin a business. I will find another place to go for the 12 of us every week.
The girl working up at front is so rude! I honestly felt bad for her because I thought maybe she was stressed out because she was the only person working. Looking at the comments it sounds like she’s that way all the time. Smoothing was good though!
Today I walked in with 4 girls in the front just laughing and talking to each other while I'm waiting to be helped and i was the only person there. Unprofessional.
What happened to Brooklyn???💁🏽♀️ The new girl (African American)made my Smoothie horrible. First she tried to give me my smoothie (44oz) cup 2/3 full. Which means she made it wrong. She poured more ice in it which resulted in the smoothie being watered down.Then got smoothie all over the cup used a wet dirty towel to wipe the outsides. Which left the outside of the whole cup wet half full of smoothie and sticky. But the nastiest thing to me was she took my smoothie(the same smoothie that I drank out of) and poured it back in the blender🤮🤢. First off for a fact I know that's not supposed to happen. She was just supposed to remake the smoothie. And had a stank attitude the whole time. Like this is smoothies. It's not that hard. If she hates her job then she shouldn't work here. I hate to be the one leaving a bad review like this. I love it here. I love the girls and guys you had before. I come in here all the time. multiple times a week. This was one of the worst experience I've ever had here. The young lady working with her. Was attentive and asked me if everything was okay?? and I told her I wanted a refund. and I would just come back on another day. She was very warm and nice and remade my smoothie for me. There was one girl working there at 7am on 5/17/24 and I dont think ive ever seen a person as rude as her in my 26 years of patronizing businesses. She looked pissed off at every new customer walking in the door, rudely asked me what I want to order and then threw the smoothie on the counter without saying who it was for. When I asked if it was mine I got a look from her of pure disgust.
Smoothie was good though.
I’m still appalled by my terrible experience with Amber Vigil, the store manager, at the Central and Thomas location. There is no leadership, care, kindness, or respect for customers. I ordered my smoothie to be put in a foam cup. This was messed up, so I asked if it could poured into a foam cup. Amber laughed, taunted my ask, and spilled part of the smoothie in the process. I asked if she could pour the remaining smoothie left in the blender into the cup. I was again met with berating comments. I pointed out that this has become a regular mistake, and she told me, “why do you still even come here then?”. I requested a refund. She continued to laugh and emphasized that she didn’t care how I felt, nor would Smoothie King, and that the feedback about my experience would do nothing. All I can say is I’m shocked and absolutely disgusted by her leadership, customer service, and the way she treated me. Her leadership was distasteful and disgraceful. The culture at this location needs evaluation.
I walked in and instantly received poor service from one of the workers there, she was mean mugging me like she didn’t want to be there. I asked what’s wrong with her and she gave me an attitude back and asked what’s wrong with me? Never experienced anything like that and I’ve been to other smoothie kings countless of times. I just left and walked out and really didn’t appreciate the attitude from the young lady.

Really good smoothie flavor and texture! I hate when it has ice chunks in it but this was really smooth. I got the metabolism booster. Almost tasted like a strawberry shake from McDonald’s but it had actually healthy stuff in it!
Smoothie bowls are my new favorite!
Oh man talk about the BEST smoothies EVER!! Once you have a Smoothie King smoothie youll be hooked and never want a smoothie from any where else. Their menu consist of all kinds of different blends some to help you get lean, help you get fit or just for a tasty treat. The employees here were very nice and friendly-great customer service! My favorite smoothie is The Hulk (vanilla, strawberry or chocolate) you should try one today!! Order online for pick up or go down to one of their locations and see for yourself how addicting these things are!!
Great smoothie, but waiting 25+ minutes for it is ridiculous! They definitely need more staff at this location!
