Good service

Looked up the hours for this location and was pleasantly surprised it was opened! It was early am. Purchased 3 smoothies and each was delicious. Now when we first pulled in I wasn’t sure it was open as there was a lot of plastic draped around the inside of restaurant. Fortunately they were open for business and we were good to go. We only do drive thru at this location so the remodeling going on inside didn’t impact us what so ever. We enjoy this location on Marina Bay Dr and will continue to visit here.

Worst customer service, they took over 20 min to make my bowl and I was the only one in the drive thru. When they gave it to me it was all melted down I asked for not chocolate and they put chocolate on top. Will never go back to that place

It's so convenient to be able to order your smoothie on the app and just walk in and pick it up. This location is going through a remodel, but was right on time with my order.

There is only one person working here and the service isn't what it use to be . The cleanliness of the inside behind the counter is nasty. The owner needs to make some changes asap.

I always have a great experience at Smoothie King. Haven't had a bad experience yet!

Went there today 12-21-23 ordered online was supposed to be ready at 11 44. The girl was busy playing on her phone when I arrived at 12 04. She hadn't even started the order. Said they were busy, lol. Not a soul in the place.

I came in trying to buy a giftcard for a Christmas present around 4:30pm. Online and their poster store hours said they didn’t close till 5pm. However, the worker had told us they were closed. I am very confused on why they closed early, when they were supposed to be open till 5.
