Took 40 minutes to get 2 snocones and a smoothie. Definitely need more employees. Not sure if we will be back because of how long it took. We wanted to leave but they could not refund out money.

This place was wonderful when they opened. The last 5 times I have been my order was wrong and I was charged for things twice. Update: Love that they employ teens!!!! Wish the adults didn't walk out when they were having issues with the card reader. Some extra adult supervision would go a LONG way! . 2/11/24 Again, love teens working! But 20min is a long wait. Perhaps a training on kindness

says they open at 9 denied at drive thru at 8, they even kicked a family out that already got their snowcones right at 8pm, lazy kids working there
