I don't even know where to begin with this place. I have encountered maybe 1 friendly, professional employee at this location I wish I remember her name but I do not. A different female there on one occasion told me I need to learn how to listen more closely after I miss heard her calling out the orders. Almost everyone employee in there male and female were rude, unprofessional, and down right nasty. I dont understand how these people stay employed. On Sunday Feb 25th in the middle of the day the door was locked at about 1:30 pm. Then a male employee comes to the door and briefly opens it to inform me that they were momentarily closed for a few minutes. 10 minutes later they opened up and I walked in. Upon walking in and taking a breath in I nearly gagged from the stinch of God knows what body odors that filled that entire place. I dont even want to know what was going on in there. Against my better judgment i still purchased a smoothie and there was nothing wrong with it despite the bizarre and rude behavior of the 2 young men working in there at the time. The following day, once again, agaist my better judgment I returned to this location for another smoothie (I like to give people benefit of doubt when possible). As soon as I opened the door in there the male employee from the day before looked at me like I ruined his entire day because he had to do some work now. As I walked up to the register he didn't look at me, did not greet me, did not acknowledge in the least that he was ready to take my order. After seconds of just standing there I said "are you ready to take my order" to which he replied with nothing. Another few seconds go by and he looks up and with an attitude says "yeah". I was appauled at this person/ supposedly employees behavior. I seriously felt more like i was buying loose cigarettes off of somebody out in the street then i was inside of a legit business selling health smoothies. So much that I immediately turned around and walked out which is what I should have done when I came in there the day before when it smelled like a grizzly bear on a humid day in there. I will never set foot in this place ever again. I don't know what kind of management is going on in this place but it is definitely not of any remotely high caliber. This was actually some of the worst experiences of customer service I've encountered anywhere in my life. I legitimately now feel like these people in there may possibly do something to my food in that place.

The person serving does so very reluctantly and throws away the work objects. If you want to have a nice day, don't go!!

My first time here and it was a great experience. Quin was super helpful with great recommendations and welcoming here and giving me future choices! She was super friendly! I’ll be back soon!

I really like Smoothie King, but this location is frequently randomly closed with no sign or notice. It’s quite frustrating.

Discriminatory against service animals! First of all, it is illegal. Second, store was empty and dog was not disturbing anyone. Bad attitude and wrong choice for a “healthy” and “friendly” establishment. (Not directly related but relevant, dogs left outside stores in the area have been stolen in the past months - would not risk it)

Always my go to when I’m on my healthy diet. Easy to grab and fast to get to boost your metabolism, energy levels.

I had a huge craving for an açaí bowl, so I ordered the PB swizzle. I asked for a scoop of protein but was told that couldn’t be added. No big deal, but then once I left the store and got home, I realized that the server used the pitaya blend instead of açaí as the base. So essentially I paid $14 and did not receive anything that I actually wanted. What a waste.
