Went there today. First I had to place my order 3 times because the person behind the cash desk wasn’t able to find the right button, although we all ordered a standard drink. Then she did not tell us about the 10 discount they have for customers at 55+. We only found out after we paid. When we asked for it, the answer was „sorry, only the manager can change this. When we asked for the contact info of the manager, we were told they do not have it. To top it, they forgot one out of the three drinks from out order and we had to wait 20 Minutes to finally get it. So, our verdict is: Great product, unacceptable service.
Awful service. Bad atmosphere
I tried to write a review but I’m not sure if it went through or not so I do apologize if there ends up being two of the same. I stated in my recent review that I’ve been going to smoothie king for a few years now & never had a bad experience. Smoothies always came out perfect to my liking & on time. I also stated that with or without a manger present the crew always greeted & did their best to meet everyone’s needs. One of the few times I’ve gone I’ve heard I’m guessing is their new manager now, speaking of other employees I’m assuming in a rudely manner but do my best to not pay attention as I’m leaving or waiting. They always wear a black collard shirt & seem as if they have some type of attitude on register while hovering other employees when they’re taking orders. The guy with the green glasses, who is their other manager I believe but wears a red collard shirt,. He always made sure the crew is always greeting & getting out smoothies in a timely manner too. He knows what he’s doing, very knowledgeable & is very friendly unlike the new manager . Something they should take notes on & he should be the one in charge. There was also another girl who had green glasses as well. She always had a smile on her face, joking around with employees & customers. She does apologize whenever it does get busy & she makes sure each smoothie comes out perfect & the store looking clean & communicating to employees. However, some customers are still not so nice. Each time her & the crew on shift they’ve made my family & I smoothies to our liking. The last few weeks the atmosphere has definitely changed & seems like something is a little off, along seeing new faces (which I’m not upset about). I’m not sure what it is, but it’s one of the reasons why I stopped going. Hopefully the new manager changes her attitude & doesn’t act so entitled to her position.

Most rude little wanna be manager in the mcardle store. Every other employee is nice and courteous. But this little girl has issues and is rude as hell. I kept my moith shut the 1st time she was rude and sarcastic but the next time i went and had a dealing with her i blew up. Ive spent alot of money in that location over a 6month period and she is the reason i will NEVER GO BACK THERE!! short light skin hispanic girl maybe 20 something..she wears the black shirt while the others wear a.red one. Keeps her hair pulled back in small low bun. If u want to know which employee im referring too. She is just a sarcastic little snot and she likes to hover over the employee while they take your order. Smoothie king needs to make her maybe a janitor definitely not management. And i did call corporate on her.. too bad cuz i went to that store religiously for my daughter atleast 4times a week. And in a matter of 2 dealings with her i will never walk in there again!
More workers are working, and a team manager or store manager is present. Better training is showing with all workers. Promoting certain causes for health is fantastic. Special offers for merchandise or other products could be better marketed or speaking to customers is useful.
