Smoothie King

The chocolate peanut butter protein smoothie, made with dates, not sugar, is my definition of sweet perfection. Not short on peanut butter or chocolate, it satisfies like a dessert but a lot less unhealthy.

The absolute WORST and most unknowledgeable staff. Every single time I come, they have no idea how to answer basic questions. Such as how many grams of protein are in this size vs that size. How much milk is in it? How many carbs? Etc. it’s so frustrating. If I’m in this type of store paying over $10 for a smoothie I want to be made aware of its nutritional value/info. They need to do better. I stopped coming for a while and gave them another chance. Nothing has changed.

This location is close to my job and always a favorite. It's located in a shopping center where the harris teeter is at. Small parking lot, so it can be a tight fit, especially if you go during lunchtime. I came during lunch and there were two workers so It did take them about 15min to make my smoothie but no worries. Good thing I was not in a rush. Either way, the employees were super friendly and greeted me, welcoming me as soon as I walked through the door. They now have smoothie bowls, which I'm going to try eventually. They have all their normal get fit blends and meal replacement smoothies. I def recommend this location, but I definitely recommend ordering online so that you don't have yo wait long.

Long long wait

Placed my order at 720 didn't get until 736 I sat outside and watched them sitting on the counter on the their phone not making anything..odd so Instead of sitting an waiting I had to go stand inside so they would start making it ...I should've been able to sit and wait without it taking 20min and neither of my cups were full either I basically got the smaller size just paid more money and I come here alot this is the first time I've ever had an issue so to everyone that wasn't working tonight u guys are great those girls working tonight shouldn't be left without a manager I guess

The smoothies are so good, but the customer service is terrible. There were three people there, one I think, was the manager, who never even looked at me. The cashier and the person making the smoothies acted like I was the biggest burden on them. I’ve been there three times and had similar experiences. I will not go back there again.
