Smoothie King

I called the store to try to rectify my problem. But no answer or voicemail available. When I order online and pick up my smoothie it’s always overfilled. I would appreciate the gesture, however I don’t enjoy the cleanup. The recipe also does not seem to be made correctly today. I ordered online due to being in a rush and sadly I do not have time to turn around to remake the smoothie. I have visited before and the young ladies were incredibly nice. (Which is why I’m leaving 3 stars) But when the guys are working the quality of the smoothies are a little different and the customer service is not the same. One time I visited the young man ringing me up was on his phone while I was placing my order with him. Hopefully this is helpful to your team for constructive feedback. I will stick to the surrounding locations in the meantime.

This happened just now I was inside waiting to get my order taking for about 15 minutes as the light skin guy wash dishes. He spoke to me when I came in, but did not ask for my order or knowledge me at all after that soon as somebody comes in, he ask to take their order and takes their order in front of me. After I was standing there nearly 15 minutes I walked out before I called the saying thanks to my anger management classes. I am going through right now.

The most rude service and would not take cash.

When my smoothie was delivered by Uber eats it wasn’t in a bag or sealed. I tried to call the store several times to see if that’s how they gave it to the driver and no one answers

Went in today to get 3 drinks. One was made correctly. The second which was the exact same smoothie as the first tasted and looked different. Then the angel food shake which we get all the time tasted completely off. We refunded one, should’ve tried the other before leaving.

The Acai Berry Goji Crunch was delicious. Staff assisted a new staff member the correct way to assemble the bowl

My favorite place to stop in South Park for a smoothie! Staff is always nice, I order through the app and the smoothies always ready when I get there :)
