Employees do NOT receive card tips. They ONLY receive cash tips. Do NOT leave tips on card, they go straight to this greedy company. Smoothies are always good though. Seeing a lot of reviews complaining about service. TBH if I worked a “tipping” job but all my tips were STOLEN by the company, I’d do subpar work too.
If I order online and come in and wait 20 mins and I see people walk in, order and receive their order, I have a problem with that. It defeats the purpose of using the app if I’m gonna receive slower service because of it. Been waiting here for 25 mins for an online order.
The lights of the store are off. The open sign is off. The worker is in the back smoking pot and not answering to people coming to the door. I peaked into the back to make sure everything was okay and not that someone was dead, but she was just sitting in the back ignoring the phone and the voices of people obviously calling for someone. She also ran us out of the store, yelling, and tried to fight us for asking her to do her job. This store doesn’t close for another 2 hours, mind you. I worked for smoothie King for over three years, and I am disgusted and appalled at this employee. **Let me also add that we walked over to Dairy Queen to have them check on the worker out of pure concern before finding out she was just sitting on her rear behind, ignoring us calling for someone. Speaking w corporate next.

If I could give it a zero I would awful customer service. You wait while they are on the phone in the back Then Come out with an attitude . Don’t say just a min nothing. I see why there customer service ratings has went down at this location Get Some People That actually want to work..Then she had the nerve to tell me to leave, well I work in customer care that is never acceptable

If you know you're out of something post it or say it as people walk in. I waited 5 minutes on the indecisive person in front of me only to be told they were out of what I wanted. Nothing infuriates me more than poor customer service! DO BETTER!!! AND take some care of your personal appearance. The girl behind the register looked a mess!! Like she just rolled out of bed and went to work.
My daughter got a 40oz smoothie from this location that was about 2” short of filled and was undrinkable because of the amount of whey they put in. She called and spoke to someone who said they would remake it if we brought it back, but we were heading to an appointment and couldn’t turn back. She asked for a refund and they said only the manager could make that decision, so my daughter gave her phone number and they promised the manager would call. No one called. Nor the next day, nor any day after that. I guess this place has gone the way of everywhere else and let customer service go down the toilet.
I was super excited when bowls were added to the menu. However, this particular Smoothie King hardly ever has the acai base. I have placed multiple orders online for a bowl, only to be called minutes later to be told they do not have them and a refund will be given. I have been in the store multiple times only to be told they do not have the acai base. At this point, why have them on the menu if they are hardly in stock???
Its 2:48 pm when I’m making this review on a Friday. Whoever that staff is…. Their customer service is PHENOMENAL. Great job!
