This location is one of the best. The place is very clean, staff is friendly and the customer service is amazing. Special shout-out to Jordan the team member that help me. You are the real MVP and keep being amazing

Tonight's smoothies were the worst tasting smoothies we've ever had before. Mine tasted like baby food. Wrong ingredients for sure.

Got there at 7:20 door states they are open until 9 I got there and saw customers leaving and as I got out of the car and walked to the door one of the employees walked around the counter and locked the door while laughing. No explanation was given. A simple “ hey we’re closing early” would have sufficed, but he decided that it would be okay to proceed in locking the door in my face and laughing while doing so was okay.

Edit: I did give you another try and it happened again. If curbside delivery is not available please put a sign. Don’t do curb side pickup, they never bring it to you. I made an order tonight and they made it and sat it on the counter even though they saw me parked in the curbside pick up area. I sometimes struggle to get in and out of my car so I guess if you’re handicapped don’t go to this one.

Stopped by today and Trinity made me the best smoothie! But she also greeted me with “welcome in, what can we blend for you today?” I loved how she just kicked it up a notch with the on-brand greeting and made me smile. I also appreciated that she reminded me to scan my rewards app for points as I was super tired when I arrived. Highly recommend the Greek yogurt pineapple smoothie!
