Smoothie King

Went to the drive thru to pick up an order because the lobby is ALWAYS closed. Got to the intercom and said my name and picking up an online order. 1 car in front of me took 15 mins. Finally got to the drive thru window after waiting 15 minutes and now they tell me they can't make it because they are out of the ingredients. Why didn't they tell me when I was at the intercom when I told them my name and online order. I made the order 20 mins before coming up there. My wife also had an issue with this location after paying for an online order and coming up there and they closed 1 hours early. It's like a Smoothie King in the Hood, but located in plush suburban area in Canton.

I walked in the store to try to order a shake, I am in a very strict diet so I just wanted a shake with a whole banana and a scoop of protein and almond milk . When ordered she refuse she said it was not on the menu and that she said it was really busy with just 2 cars in the drive thru and one other customer inside.. she was very rude no customer service at all she should look for a another job.. so i just walk away . She wanted too argue more with me,wow !!!!!!!!

Just went through the drive thru with my daughter's today. We had the most wonderful experience. The gentlemen in the drive thru was very kind and attentive. I didn't wait long at all. The smoothies were also amazing. Got angel food and the childrens chocolate smoothie. Really a wonderful experience! We look forward to coming back again! Thank you for making it easy, Simple, and delicious for my family.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! I'm here now, and the service is ridiculous. I asked for a refund, and I was told that I would have to go online and ask for a refund!! I said thank you, and was TOTALLY IGNORED!! I will NEVER do business with this smoothie king ever again!!!

We waited at drive thru for almost 20 mins for two smoothies. After we finally received and started drinking, we noticed ice chunks throughout. We will never return. What a waste of $20!!

Not sure what the deal is. I’m sure there’s a reason, but I’ve been waiting in the drive-through line for almost 30 minutes. The person in front of me has been here for 45. No explanation, just simply taking forever. Came here with the kids to get the new Dude Perfect smoothie. Will definitely be the last time we come to this location. People are just coming and going in the drive thru. So strange.

Always love it here, the woman serving me was very kind and helpful and made sure my bowl was extra sweet since they didn't have the base I originally wanted. Banana Boat is always a great choice for a sweet tooth.

Good service for production but they kept bathrooms closed to customers. After seeing employee used bathroom they told us that they were closed and only employees could use.

This place is terrible. I’m not sure if there’s a new manager (it seems there may be) but the service has significantly gone down. A few weeks ago I came by at 3pm and no one came to the drive thru speaker. I eventually drove up to the window and after a few minutes the manager came to the window and said “oh the store is just now opening. The person that was supposed to open never came in so I’m just now opening up.” I said “oh wow, no problem, I have some errands to run I’ll come back in 20 minutes or so.” And the MANAGER responded with “oh I don’t know. My boss may just tell us to go home since the store hasn’t been open all day.” Which coming from a manager….that just screams lazy! Today we went by and my husband and son both got the new Dude perfect smoothie and my husband ordered my son’s to come in the collector’s cup. Well, they didn’t give us the collector’s cup and said it’s because that one was $4 more even though we ordered it on the app and it didn’t show any price increase. Definitely felt like they were scamming us since the app showed the pricing. Then when I asked for an explanation she couldn’t give one until I pressed a few times. This location needs help before it gets ruined.

I ordered, and then 3 others ordered after I ordered. The three that ordered after I did received their drinks first, as well as the 2 cars in the drive thru that arrived after I walked in the facility and ordered.
