Smoothie King

There's no joy whatsoever at this location. I think he's the owner or manager, old Caucasian man. He doesn't greet you nor show any sense of your presence.....just nasty and rude. Makes you feel uncomfortable about even being there, I get the feeling he doesn't like people, certain people for sure. Horrible customer service experience. And please don't reply with the generic pretyped apology. Really no excuse!

Great smoothies, only had one instance of a not so great employee but other than that every other employee was super friendly. Never had a bad smoothie.

I’m impressed. No matter what I do at home to make smoothies they never turn out as good as they do here at Smoothie King. I place my order with the app standing literally outside the door of the store. Within the time it took me to come inside the lobby and sit down, the guy behind the counter, was already working on my order. Within a few seconds it was in my hand. He was super nice and friendly, and also very helpful . Excellent customer service here.

It was raining very hard around 3:30pm today when I went to get my smoothie and I accidentally dropped my drink at the front door, the guys saw me and ran to help me pick up my mess and they made me a new drink too, I really appreciate it they were very kind thank you very much guys!! My drink was delicious also!!

My Banana Cinnamon Power Meal smoothie is so delicious and perfectly blended! Yum! And got to chat with the owner. I will definitely be back!
