Smoking Barrels BBQ

We're regulars so it's gotta be good.

Great food and service my husband and I loved it and will definitely be back.

Although meat has a sweet sauce it’s very lightly seasoned leaving it tasteless. Tender and slightly chewy, didn’t eat all my rib meat or pork steak and the ribs were very small bones. Mac and cheese has no cheese or flavor. Baked beans are exceptional. Traveled far for disappointment.

Mac n cheese was the only disappointment. Pulled pork, green beans, corn, and potato casserole were all great. Wish we received more BBQ sauce but I'd definitely order again.

Food came out quick and fresh and the staff is very nice

I placed an order via a delivery service and contacted them about the error but also wanted to reach out to the store location to make them aware as well so maybe I could pick up the sides I ordered or exchange the incorrect order as the delivery service still has not responded to the complaint. I order myself and my child each a chicken strip meal, one with fries and okra and one with okra and sweet corn. When I initially called the store to also make them aware of the situation the woman asked for my address and said the manager would deliver the replacement in 30 min. I waited 50 minutes and called back. That is when I was told to call the manager. It would have been nice if the store would have called me instead of making me wait then telling me to call. I tried to explain to the manager the situation and that I had contacted the delivery service but was now upset that I was told it would be fixed by the store and then instead of calling me they waited for me to call back and then makes me call the manager. I then asked for the general manager and was told to call the store back at a designated time. I did that and was told they didn’t want to discuss the customer service situation. So now I am posting the lack of customer service on the restaurant part.
